Records consist of company brochures, flyers, and copies of Financing social progress (1921-1942), a newsletter expressing the firm's philosophical approach to fund raising and describing the progress of campaigns. Also included are Red Cross bulletins, Roll call books, and magazine and newspaper ads for Red Cross and United War Works World War I relief campaigns (1917-1919), and brochures and other printed campaign materials for clients of Ward, Dreshman and Reinhardt (1921-1993). Client files include printed materials on campaigns for approximately 445 churches, 145 schools, colleges and universities, 154 hospitals, 57 homes, 94 YMCAS's and YWCA's, 23 youth groups, and over 170 other nonprofit organizations.
